To clean your jewellery, we recommend using a gentle cloth. When not in use, store all pieces in the provided Jaqcues box to protect them from impact and friction. Rest assured, all our jewellery is nickel-free and hypoallergenic.

Our jewellery is durable and can be worn during daily activities, including showering and exercising. We always use a thick layer of gold plating to ensure it does not tarnish. However, for longevity and to maintain its lustrous appearance, we recommend removing it during activities such as sleeping, bathing, or swimming.

Always apply makeup, lotions, or perfumes before wearing your jewellery to avoid direct contact with these products.

If your Jaqcues item shows signs of wear or needs care, we're here to assist. Simply email a photo of the item along with your order number to info@jaqcues.com, and we'll guide you through the next steps, whether that’s providing care advice, processing a replacement, or issuing a refund.

Please note that our Lifetime Guarantee covers items for issues related to workmanship or material defects. Unfortunately, we cannot replace items that are lost, stolen, or damaged due to improper care or handling. Our fair use policy is in place to ensure fairness for all customers.
